I'm speechless...that's amazing...
Who is buried there?
Unveiled on 1 November 1899, the war memorial to Bartholomew by Paul Albert Bartholomé (1848–1928.) The gigantic relief is arranged on two levels and takes the form of an Egyptian mastaba. The upper region is referred to the passage from life to death. Around the couple, a symbol of humanity, which crosses the gate of eternal night, two groups of seven figures express the final destruction.
