I am not sure where the remains were put but assume that like many cemeteries they will be reburied under one memorial which may or (most likely) may not include all their names. It will state something like ‘Here lie the remains of those removed from blah blah part of the cemetery’. So sad.
Where did the bodies go? I'm going to try and find out some more info on the relocated San Francisco cemeteries one day.
